Helpful and friendly desk attendant.
The room reeked of urine, which was unbearable. I had to change rooms multiple times due to the strong odor, and none were satisfactory. Dried urine was evident on surfaces.

the room was great with comfy beds and a useful refrigerator. i loved the plastic bag provided for dirty laundry! charging spots for our devices were plentiful, making it super convenient. also, the location was ideal, right next to the handicap ramp, easy for getting upstairs.

Check-in was smooth, and the hardwood floors in the room were a nice touch. Unfortunately, the hotel was outdated with old mattresses and a musty smell throughout. There were issues with housekeeping as we received only two towels with no room service during our stay. While the location was convenient for our plans, the overall condition of the hotel and the breakfast experience left much to be desired.

Super clean rooms and comfy beds made our stay enjoyable. We even checked out the nearby Emerald Princess Casino and St Simons Island Lighthouse Museum, both just a short drive away. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, which added to the experience.
The only downside was that the shower had some mildew, which was a bit off-putting. We managed to overlook it, but it could use an update for future guests.
